Using the service
These terms describe use of DevBench Local at mistforge.cc. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Questions can be sent to [email protected] through the contact information.
What is provided
DevBench Local offers 40 free browser-based developer tools and practical tutorials without a website account, subscription or API key. Tools process your input locally and return results for inspection. The website does not execute generated SQL, shell commands or HTTP requests. Offline use requires browser preparation and is subject to browser storage availability.
Responsible use
You may use the tools for your own development, learning and other lawful work, subject to applicable third-party rights. Do not use the website to violate laws or another person’s rights, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content or misrepresent the source of site materials. Only process material you are authorized to use.
Check outputs before relying on them
You are responsible for selecting suitable inputs and verifying results. Every tool has a documented scope, supported syntax and limits. Inferred types and schemas reflect examples, diagnostic checks are incomplete, and browser or database behavior can differ. Test generated code, SQL and configuration in an appropriate environment before applying them to an important system. Keep backups where appropriate.
The utilities and tutorials are not a guarantee that a project is secure, compliant, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Do not treat a successful tool result as a substitute for appropriate testing or qualified advice for a consequential decision.
Your material and site content
Using a tool does not transfer ownership of your input to DevBench Local. You remain responsible for permissions and rights associated with your input and its use in generated output. No exclusive rights over third-party material, public standards or general algorithms are created by these terms.
Use or redistribution of site code, text, design and media must respect applicable permissions and licenses. Bundled open-source components remain subject to their own licenses on the notices page. Tutorial image credits identify relevant source and license information; those licenses are not replaced by these terms.
Availability, changes and external resources
Tools, tutorials and features may be corrected, changed or removed. Continuous availability, permanent offline storage and compatibility with every browser are not guaranteed. Clearing site data, browser restrictions or storage eviction can remove the cache. See the offline guide for preparation and recovery.
External references are supplied for context. Their availability, content and terms are controlled by their providers. Following a link does not make its destination part of this local tool service.
Warranty and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted access or suitability for your particular task. You should not rely on it as your only check before making important changes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DevBench Local is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unverified output, interruption of access or loss of browser-stored data. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and communications
The privacy policy explains local processing, browser storage, hosting requests and optional email correspondence. Sending a message does not create an account or establish a guaranteed support response time.
Changes and interpretation
Updates will be reflected in the revision date above. Review the current terms when returning to the service. If a provision is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
