For questions about mistforge.cc, tool errors, tutorial corrections, accessibility problems or privacy, email [email protected]. Use your own email application; this website does not provide a message-submission form. Entering data into a tool does not send us a report.
What you can send
- Tool problems: incorrect results, confusing validation or an operation that fails.
- Content corrections: a factual issue, unclear example, broken reference or missing attribution.
- Accessibility and display issues: keyboard problems, unreadable content or a layout that blocks a task.
- Suggestions: a useful local workflow or a clearer explanation.
- Privacy or rights inquiries: identify the relevant page or correspondence and explain your request.
Make a problem reproducible
- Include the page address or tool name.
- List your browser version, device or operating system, and whether you were online or offline.
- Describe the selected options and steps that led to the issue.
- Provide a minimal non-sensitive input, the actual output and the output you expected.
- For offline issues, include the status shown and whether the browser’s site data was recently cleared.
Protect private information
Do not send passwords, API tokens, authentication cookies, customer records or confidential source code. Replace real values with synthetic examples and remove identifying information from screenshots or files. If an issue involves a secret, describe the behavior without including the secret itself.
Before you email
Try the tool’s Load example and read its Scope & limitations. The FAQ and offline guide explain common errors, browser storage and export behavior. We do not publish a guaranteed response time or provide an emergency support service.
What happens to correspondence
Email is separate from local tool processing. If you choose to email us, the sender address, message and attachments are handled by the email services involved and may be used to understand and respond to your request. See the privacy policy. Contacting us does not create a website account.
